Real relationship

So often, Christians feel pressured to 'perform', put on a brave face, or pretend that everything is okay. God is the creator of our hearts, and yet we often push Him out of our most intimate thoughts and feelings, choosing instead to live masked and ashamed. God is inviting his people into a place of wholeness and rest; he desires to purify our hearts and be our abundant strength. We can trust him with our hearts and our wounds and through him we can find deliverance, peace and hope for the future.

You may be hurting today, and wondering how God can change your heart. You may have experienced so much pain from others that it is difficult to trust Jesus when he says, "I will never leave you, nor forsake you." His promises may feel hollow, and your prayers may seem unheard. You may wonder how you can get free from the hurt, anxiety, depression or addictions in your life. The good news is that there is hope: Jesus loves you enough to intracately create you, and then to pay for your sins with his life. He has answers to your biggest problems, and hope for the darkest times.

Sometimes we all need a helping hand to hear us, pray with us, and sort through the darkness until the light appears. Asking for help doesn't mean you are weak - just the opposite - it means you are wise.
E-mail, call or text to set up an appointment. We will listen, and help you decide if Biblical counseling or a small group is a good fit for you. We will help you find another counselor if we aren't your cup of tea. We are here to pray with you and help you take the next step toward the light of God's love and truth in your life.
